Burrowes Instruments does not engage in work as a P.E., or “Professional Engineer.” Our expertise does not include civil engineering, habitable structures, manned flight vehicles, or many other specialized areas. Where systems require, we partner with qualified engineers in specific disciplines to accomplish project goals. Past partnerships have included remote telescope placement, with civil engineer consulting, automated systems with electrical and control engineers, and an unmanned space flight experiment with partner for vibration analysis and testing.
